| 摘 要： | 针对近年来农田水利基础设施建设中出现的人力资源投入严重不足,导致农田水利基础设施毁坏严重及难以维护的问题展开调研。以重庆市永川区来苏镇白果树村为调查点,针对该村农田水利基础设施供给中人力资源投入的影响因素所起的作用及人力资源投入过程中存在的问题,讨论了提高农田水利基础设施的人力资源投入效率的可能途径,认为扩大单个农户种植面积,增加农业收入是目前解决人力资源投入不足的最可行的方案。
