| Abstract: | Ship--mooring rock is a kind of art form unique to the Yangtze River Delta, which can show people＇s pursuit for happy life and their inner feelings through ingenious ideas and exquisite carving process. The extensive themes and rich implied meanings of ship--mooring rock embody the profound traditional cultural thoughts and aesthetic tastes. To better protect the ship-- mooring rocks, it is necessary to conduct an in-- depth study for its artistic features and cultural value. |
