基于TDA的2000—2011年浙江省发明专利分布态势的计量与分析

按中文专利数据定制采集、计量、可视化显示的思路，通过自编程序及导入引擎、中文词表的建立，对来自CNKI中2000—2011年间近十万条中文专利数据进行了计量与分析．研究表明，浙江省发明专利的申请在全国处于领先位置，但省内各地市间发明专利申请情况极不均衡；近年来浙江省在测量、测试、电信技术上获得快速发展，以支持其高新技术带动传统产业升级与改造的政策导向；各地市主要的申请人为所在地高校，为了促进各地市发明专利申请的进一步发展，一方面要促进浙江大学与所在地高校、企业的合作，另一方面要积极引入外部资源，加速自身建设．

Measurement and Analysis of the Distribution Situations of Invention Patents in Zhejiang Province from 2000 to 2011 Based on TDA

In this paper, nearly one hundred thousand Chinese patent records from CNKI in 2000--2011 were collected and analyzed through the self--made programs based on the thought of Chinese patent data＇s col- lection, measuring and visual display. Research shows that the applications of invention patents in Zhejiang province were in the leading position in China, but the applications in cities of Zhejiang province were greatly un- equal. The measurement, test and telecommunication technologies obtained fast development in recent years to support the policy of using high and new technologies to drive the transformation and upgrading of traditional in- dustries. As local universities were the main applicants in cites, the cooperation between Zhejiang University and local universities and enterprises should be enhanced, and external resources should be introduced to promote the further development of applications of invention patents and speed up the construction of each city.
