| 摘 要： | 建立了免疫亲和柱同时净化一高效液相色谱法检测高梁中的黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2和玉米赤霉烯酮的分析方法。样品用70％甲醇水溶液提取，经免疫亲和色谱柱净化，应用液相色谱法检测黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2和玉米赤霉烯酮。黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2方法的定量限均为0．2μg／kg，玉米赤霉烯酮方法的定量限为10．0μg／kg，相对标准偏差低于7．71％，回收率为76．3％～105％。

| Abstract: | Rapid determination of aflatoxin and zearalenone in sorghum bicolor by high performance liquid chromatography with immunoaffinity column clean-up was developed. After extraction with Methanol-water（7＋3, V/V）,the extracts of samples was loaded on the IAC column for purification and determined by HPLC.The limit of quantification of aflatoxinBi,B2, G l, G2 was 0.21xg/kg,the limit of quantification of zearalenone was 10.01xg/kg,the relative standard deviations was below 7.71%. Recover- ies of aflatoxin B~ ,B2,G~,G2 and zearalenone spiked to samples were between76.3%- 105%. |
