一种非晶硅/多晶硅叠层太阳电池的制备

摘    要:设计了一种由非晶硅和多晶硅两种材料结合而成的太阳能电池薄膜,该电池表面采用光吸收系数高的非晶硅薄膜,内部采用转换效率高的多晶硅薄膜.这种结构兼顾了短波段太阳光谱在材料表面被吸收、长波段太阳光谱在材料内部被吸收的情况,具有良好的光吸收率和光电转换效率,并且膜总体厚度为微米量级,所需硅材料少、成本低,可以满足电池的高效低成本要求.

Preparation of a-Si/poly-Si Tandem Solar Cell

Abstract:A tandem structure with a-Si film and poty-Si film has been designed. The top cell consists of a- Si film with high absorptivity, and the bottom cell consists of poly-Si film with high efficiency. "In this tandem structure, short waveband of solar spectrum has been absorbed well in top cell, and long waveband of solar spectrum has been absorbed well in bottom cell. Therefore, the structure has higher absorptivity and higher ef- ficiency. And the thickness of structure is several microns; the cost of silicon material is lower. These meet the purpose of high efficiency and low cost.
