浅青紫链霉菌蓝色素的稳定性研究

摘    要:考察了光、温度、pH、氧化还原剂和不同金属离子等对浅青紫链霉菌所产蓝色素稳定性的影响.结果表明,该色素对室外直射光不稳定,室内散射光较稳定;在温度低于60℃时,色素较稳定;在pH〈7时色素呈红色,pH为7时呈淡紫色,pH〉7时呈蓝色.部分金属离子(如Na+、K+及Ca2+)和还原荆Na2SO3对该色素无明显影响,而金属离子Fe3+、Cu2+和氧化剂H2O2对色素溶液有明显的破坏作用.

Study on the Stability of Blue Pigment from Streptomyces Lividans

Abstract:The effects of light, temperature, pH, oxidant, reductant, different metal ions, etc. on the stability of the blue pigment from streptomyces lividans were evaluated. The results showed that direct sunlight caused the pigment to bleach, and no significant change was observed in pigment solution when the temperature was lower than 60 ℃. The color of pigment solution presented red when pH was lower than 7, lavender when pH was 7, and blue when pH was higher than 7. Some inorganic ions (such as Na+ , K+ , Ca2+ ) and the reductant Na2SO3 had little effect on the stability of the pigment, while the metal ions Fe3+ , Cu2+ , and the oxidant H2O2 were able to destroy the stability of the blue pigment.
