高校国际商务人才能力素质评价与学生管理科学化研究

在高校国际商务人才培养工作中,能力素质评价体系是核心要素。与学术事务一样,学生工作也是高校运行和发展的支柱,对高校人才培养具有重要价值。构建科学合理的人才能力素质评价体系是高校学生事务管理创新的理论基础和逻辑起点。本文以财经类高校为例,将国际商务人才能力素质评价体系从基本素质、知识体系和职业能力等三方面进行了建构,同时结合高校学生事务管理现状提出了创新对策。

Study on Quality and Capability Evaluation of College/University Talents in International Business and Scientific Management of Students

The quality and capability evaluation of college/university students is a core element in the cultivation of talents in international business. Similar to the academic management, the student management is also a pillar of the college/ university operations and development, carrying a weight on the cultivation of talents. Thus, to construct a scientific and reasonable quality and capability evalua- tion system for college/university students is the theoretical basis and logical foundation for innovations on the management of college/university students. By conducting case studies on colleges/universities of finance and economics, this paper constructs a quality and capability evaluation system for college/university talents in international business from three aspects, namely, basic quality, knowledge system and career capability, and proposes innovation strategies according to the sta- tus quo of the management on college/university students.
