法国青年就业政策对破解我国大学生就业难题的启示

当前我国大学生就业矛盾日益凸显，尤其是在全球性金融危机影响尚未完全消除和我国经济体制改革逐步深入的今天，大学毕业生就业难及其后果也引发越来越多的关注。值得注意的是这并不是中国特有的现象，而是广泛的、世界性的问题。欧债危机发生之后，作为欧盟经济核心国的法国采取了一系列降低其青年失业率的举措。本文分析了法国鼓励青年就业政策及其对我国的借鉴意义，提出了解决我国大学毕业生就业难问题的建议。

Implications of French Youth Employment Policy on Employment of Chinese Graduates

Today, especially after the international financial crisis, the issue over the employment of China＇s graduates has become more and more serious. Against the background of the deepening of China＇s economic reform, the difficulty in the employment of China＇s graduates is drawing more and more attention. It is worth noting that this is not a sole problem for China, but a worldwide issue faced by many countries. The youth unemployment rate in Europe rose rapidly in the wake of the European debt crisis. France, an EU economic core, adopted a series of measures to reduce youth unemployment. This paper analyzes the recent typical youth employment policies adopted by France to draw some implications for the similar problem in China.
