| 摘 要： | 本文首先对我国现行汇率形成机制的主要特点进行了归纳总结，然后在此基础上就2005年7月汇改以来人民币汇率现实走势以及相关表象之下的政策原理问题，分别展开了剖析和讨论，认为现阶段人民币汇率的最主要的特征突出地表现为两点：即部分行使货币政策职能和逐渐变得富有弹性。预计未来一两年内人民币对主要货币汇率在保持适度弹性的同时．在走势上将开始在一定范围内回归稳定。

| Abstract: | This paper has made an analysis on the main features of RMB Exchange Rate regime as well as its full quotations ever since July 2005,and the policy theories running behind respectively,we thereby hold that the most outstanding characteristics of RMB Exchange Rate are its function of implementing monetary policy and its growing flexibility.Due to the current situation,RMB Exchange Rate is expected to maintain relatively stable in the one or two years to come. |
