综合干预在高血压病患者中的应用探讨

目的探讨综合干预对高血压病的治疗作用及对其后的影响。方法对高血压病患者进行定点、定点监测,同时进行家庭随访,综合干预,并与对照组进行前瞻性对照研究。结果入组前患者收缩压(157.5±9.0)mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)、舒张压(95.0±16.5)mmHg,3年后收缩压(130.6±11.0)mmHg、舒张压(80.0±12.0)mmHg,与对照组比较,P<0.001;两组之间的降压幅度比较,P<0.05。患者的生活习惯有了改善,生活质量明显提高,并发症、致残率和病死率是对照组的20%。两组90项症状比较,干预组总分下降具有显著意义。结论高血压病严重威胁健康,社区家庭干预和健康宣教疗效肯定;公众教育、专业人员教育和高血压病患者教育还任重而道远。

Comprehensive intervention in hypertensive patients is discussed in the application

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on hypertension disease and treatment of subsequent effects.Method For patients with hypertension were fixed,monitoring,and home follow-up,intervention,and the control group performed a prospective controlled study.Results In the group of former patients with systolic blood pressure(157.5±9) mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),diastolic blood pressure(95±16.5) mmHg,3 years after the systolic blood pressure(130.6±11) mmHg,diastolic blood pressure(80±12)mmHg,compared with the control group,P<0.001;between the two groups of antihypertensive amplitude comparison,P<0.05.Patients living habits have been improved,life quality rises apparently,complications,disability rate and fatality rate is20% in the control group.Two groups of90comparison of symptoms,the intervention group was significantly declined in significance score.Conclusion Hypertension serious threats to the health,community and family intervention and health education effect of certain;public education,professional education and hypertensive patients education still has a long way to go.
