血浆脑钠肽在心力衰竭诊治中的应用

目的探讨血浆中脑钠肽(BNP)浓度在心力衰竭诊断、分级和预后判断中的应用价值。方法应用免疫荧光测定法检测健康对照组、呼吸困难患者、心力衰竭患者血清BNP水平,并进行比较。结果 :心力衰竭组患者BNP水平明显高于呼吸困难患者和健康对照者(P<0.05),随着心衰程度的加重,患者血浆BNP浓度逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论血清BNP的含量与心力衰竭高度相关,对心力衰竭诊断、判断其严重程度及预后都有十分重要的应用价值。

The application Of Plasma BNP in heart failure diagnosis and treatment

Objective:To explore the application value of the plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) ’s concentration in heart failure diagnosis,classification and prognosis.Methods]:To take IFA immunofluorescenceassay in order to detect the BNP level of the healthy control group,patients with breathing difficulties,and patients with heart failure,and put the data to compare.Result]:Heart failure patients with BNP levels was significantly higher than that of patients with breathing difficulties and healthy controls(P<0.05),but with heart failure becoming worse,serum BNP levels was gradually increased(P <0.05).ConclusionContent of plasma BNP was not only highly relevant to heart failure,but also had a very important application value in terms of diagnosis of heart failure,severity judgment,and prevention.
