78例慢性肺源性心脏病并发心律失常临床分析

目的本文在临床上对患有慢性肺源性心脏病并发心律失常患者的表现进行了简要分析。方法本文主要对本院于2010年10月到2011年10月收治的121例慢性肺源性心脏病患者的临床资料进行了分析。结果心电图和心电监护的检查结果表明,在121例调查的慢性肺源性心脏病患者中并发心律失常者有78例,达到了64.46%。心律失常的表现为窦性心动过速、窦性心动过缓、心房颤动、心房扑动、阵发性房性心动过速及阵发性室性心动过速等。结论在我国的慢性心源性心脏病患者中伴有心律失常较为常见,而且由于肺源性心脏病并发心律失常的表现有多种类型。为此,我们对121例患者中78例慢性肺源性心脏病并发心律失常的临床分析中,首先要从心电图着手以便于更深刻的了解该如何对其进行诊断和治疗。

78cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia

Objective In this paper,the clinical performance of arrhythmia patients suffering from chronic pulmonary heart disease,a brief analysis.Methods In this paper,the clinical data of 121 cases admitted to our hospital in October 2010 to October 2011 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease was analyzed.Results ECG and ECG monitoring test results showed that in 121 cases of investigation of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated by arrhythmia in 78 cases,64.46%.Arrhythmia manifested as sinus tachycardia,sinus bradycardia,atrial fibrillation,atrial flutter,paroxysmal atrial tachycardia and paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.Conclusion in the chronic cardiac heart disease associated with arrhythmia are more common,and a variety of types of pulmonary heart disease with arrhythmia performance.To this end,our analysis of 78 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease in 121 patients with cardiac arrhythmia,the first from the ECG to proceed in order to facilitate a deeper understanding of how their diagnosis and treatment.
