Probing Cases on Chinese Corporations Going to Public Abroad

In recent years, there have been quite a number of Chinese companies seek to list in foreign capital markets. Some of them attempt to enter U.S. by backdoor listing. This essay tries toanalyze, mainly by case-study, the strategic considerations and working approach of backdoor listing in U.S. capital market, in hopes to help domestic business managers in understanding the capital market of U.S. and making better related decisions without blindness and one-sidedness.
