| Abstract: | All the construction of projects have risks. To strengthen risk management, especially to attach importance to the monitoring of project risks is the important measure to enhance the level of project construction and guarantee the fulfillment of the system aims of the project. Having analyzed the aims of monitoring project risks and having analyzed the steps of monitoring project risks, we put forward the method of monitoring project risks. |
