摘    要:研究目的:在中央和地方政府土地利益博弈影响土地资源合理配置条件下,探讨中国国有土地产权管理新思路.研究方法:文献资料法和实证分析法.研究结果:揭示了中国国有土地产权管理与委托-代理理论的内在关联,提出运用委托-代理理论指导中国国有土地产权管理.研究结论:中国国有土地产权分级授权管理能从根本上理顺土地产权关系,具有较强的现实意义和指导意义.

Abstract:The purpose of the paper is to explore new ideas about State-owned land property rights management in China under the benefit game between central and local governments which affects reasonable allocation of land resource. Methods of documentation and demonstration analysis were employed. The paper reveals the intrinsic connection between of land property rights management and the principal-agent theory, and points out the theory can guide State-owned land property rights management in China. Graduation authorization management of State-owned land property rights can improve the relation of land property rights fundamentally and it has strong practical and guiding significance.
