| 摘 要： | 目前,全球区域经济一体化日益重视环境问题,普遍依托区域贸易协定开展环境合作。但这些合作由于资金以及机制方面的困难,总体运行缺乏效率。区域贸易协定的参与方应该在环境合作中加强制度建设,通过选择性激励规避搭便车问题,提高环境合作的效率。中国也需要在FTA战略实施中细化环境合作的机制设计,提高环境管理水平,增强FTA战略的实施效果。

| Abstract: | At present,there is the increasing emphasis on regional economic integration and its environmental cooperation.However,such cooperation is inefficient as a result of mechanisms and funding difficulties.Participants in regional trade agreements should strengthen environmental cooperation through a selective incentive to avoid free-rider problem,enhancing the efficiency of environmental cooperation.China's FTA strategy also need to refine the implementation mechanism of environmental cooperation in order to improve environmental management and enhance the effect of FTA. |
