| 摘 要： | 本文在以往农用土地集约利用度评价体系的基础上，结合我国新农村建设的实际情况，利用主成分分析法对我国各省农用土地集约利用度进行分析。本研究在原有土地集约利用度指标体系中融入农业产业化指标．将土地产出与市场价格相结合，建立以提高土地产出价值，提高农民收入为宗旨农用土地集约利用评价体系。文章在对我国2007年各省农用土地集约利用度评价的基础上，得出了农用土地生产投入因子、农民增收因子和财政支农支出在农用土地集约利用中起到较大的作用，并提出相关建议。
