| 摘 要： | 基于实践，绿色壁垒实则是种种严格的环境标准化身。而环境标准对产品竞争力、市场准入的影响并不都是负面的，因此本在分析绿色壁垒对我国对外贸易经济的影响时，将我国分别置于出口国和进口国地位，运用辩证的思维方法，考察其带来的正面和负面效应。

| Abstract: | Baesd on practice, it can be concluded that green barrier really is the adjunct product of the extending of strict environment standards and that the environment standards don't always have a bad influence on the competitiveness of products and market entering. This article analyzes effects of green barrier when China is at the position of import and export country, and finally in a dialectic way studies that green barrier has both negative and positive influences on China's foreign trade. |
