| 摘 要： | 在我国工业化的历史进程中，产业结构曾长期存在一种非良性化与非优势的趋势。本文根据我国产业发展过程的特点，从产业政策、基础产业和基础设施建设、高新技术产业、产业结构的高级化以及以教育、科研为重点的第三产业等5个方面提出对策，旨在全面推进我国产业转换与升级。
