旅游管理专业本科课程体系设置的系统分析——基于重点大学高年级本科学生的问卷调查

课程体系设置是高等教育改革的重要问题。采用问卷调查的方法，对国内重点大学旅游管理专业本科课程体系设置进行了系统分析，并提出了若干优化建议。结论如下；重点大学旅游管理本科专业培养学生的长远目标是“为旅游行业提供中高层管理人才”，近期目标是“为旅游行业提供有管理和技术潜力的专业人才”。重点高校和相关旅游企业应对旅游管理专业本科学生进行专业方向引导；应该建立教学、实践、科研三位一体的课程体系。

Systemic Analysis of Curriculum Plan of Tourism Management Major:An Investigation of Bachelor in Research University

Course plan is an important issue of reformation of higher education. With an questionnaire , this paper analyses the curriculum plan of tourism management major systematically in research universities and gives some advice to these universities. Conclusions are as follows： firstly, the aim of tourism management major of research universities is to meet the need of mid-high talents for tourism industry. Secondly, research universities and tourism firms should give more career plan for students. And thirdly, the university should build up a course system including courses, practice and research.
