关于高校女性人文关怀的思考

高校是职业女性比较集中的文化教育机构之一．高等院校女性人文关怀的重点是平等、发展和健康。实施高校女性人文关怀的主要难点在于女性平等权利的意识问题、女性人文关怀的资源支持问题、女性平等竞争机会问题以及婚姻家庭的人文关怀问题。为此应加大女性平等发展权利的宣传教育力度；在工会职权范围内设立平等机会委员会。充分利用工会内外资源支持女性人文关怀项目；办女性沙龙为女性职员提供一个相互交流与沟通的空间。

Thoughts about the Human Concern to Females in Universities and Colleges

There are many females in universities and colleges. The focuses of the human concern to females in universities are equality, development and health. The difficult points are the realization of female equal rights, the support of female human concern, the equal competition opportunity and marriage and homes concern. Therefore, we should strengthen the propaganda of female equal rights, set up an equal opportunity committee within the worker' s union, make full use of the resources inside and outside the workers' union to support the projects of female human concern, put up a female salon to offer a communication space for females.
