窘境与出路:中国农民与中国现代化关系之思考

我国社会主义工业化、现代化的过程,是我国农民不断陷入窘境,同时又不断摆脱窘境的过程。农民的窘境在特定历史时期推进了工业化、现代化,而现代化的实现又以消除农民窘境为必然前提。在我国当前现代化建设新的历史时期,适时进行政策选择,逐步使农民摆脱窘境,对推动更高层次的工业化、现代化,实现社会和谐,有着极其重要的意义。
