On Chinese Neologism's Translating into English on the Basic of Cultural Background

Neogolism is product of new things, new phenomena as well as new ideas. No surprisingly, therefore, neogolism reflects change and development of our society. In general, it stems from four channels, namely, new concepts in new things, new concepts in old words, loan words and dialect. During the process of C-E translation, semantic and culture are needed to be fully taken into consideration. Only in this way can we achieve cross-culture communication effectively.
