居民消费函数的特殊性研究——以江苏省为例

以江苏省为例,对区域居民消费函数特殊性进行实证研究,从而把握当前居民消费结构与消费行为。目前江苏省现存的二元经济结构中非收入因素对消费倾向的作用已经显著超过收入因素的作用,致使江苏省农业居民的平均消费倾向大幅度的低于城镇非农业居民的平均消费。如果继续维持这一现状,势必造成两类居民之间收入水平的拉大,带来城乡居民收入的两极分化。若能相对提高农业居民收入,因投资乘数的作用必然会带来国民消费倾向的降低,缓解目前的“三农”问题。

The Particularity of Resident Consumption Function

The paper samples Jiangsu Province to analyze the particularity of resident consumption function in terms of structure and behavior.At present non-income factor has already exceeded notably income factor in Jiangsu' duel economic income structure.This causes average consumption in rural area to be lower than that of urban residents.This situation may make income level widened between rural and urban areas,polarize residents' income.If rural residents income is relatively raised,it will inevitability reduce national consumption propensity because the function of investment multiplier can relieve the current " three agriculture" problem.
