| 摘 要： | 企业界存在着非常类似自然界生物群落变化的生态系统的机理,种群生态理论应用到组织领域的研究主要集中在探讨组织与环境之间的关系、组织种群内或种群间的相互关系的研究等两方面.文章对种群生态理论的理论演变发展、基本观点以及实证研究进展等方面的问题进行了归纳总结.
