摘    要:从顺丰一向谨慎、专注的发展特点以及外界所认为的顺丰自建便利店的战略意图来看,顺丰跨入零售业的机遇大于挑战。对顺丰速运(以下简称"顺丰")来说,2011年末的跨界经营或许只是小试牛刀,尽管零售业人士对其涉足便利店的前景并不看好,但不管怎样,顺丰对便利店的运营整合已在2012年初正式拉开了序幕。

SF:Behind Cross-border Business
Abstract:To SF Express,the cross-border operation in 2011 may be a small test chopper;although the prospects of SF’s involving in retail business are not good in eyes of insiders of retailing,in any case,the integration of convenience stores operating has officially kicked off in early 2012.In October 2011,almost overnight,more than 20 convenience stores with the logo of "SF" quietly appeared in the streets of Shenzhen.According to an observer,there are two areas in such convenience stores.One is the traditional retail area,while the other is the sending and receiving area of SF Express.SF’s involving in convenience stores will be facing lots of challenges,especially in the mode of self-built stores,which will be filled with more risks,however,with its cautious development characteristics and the strategic intention of self-built convenience stores,SF will be facing more opportunities than challenges.
