关于开展灰色收入与黑色收入统计的思考

由于灰色收入和黑色收入具有隐蔽性,且不易被官方统计所观测,因此,我国居民收入的实际差距比官方统计数据显示的要大得多。积极开展灰色收入和黑色收入统计既有利于促进和谐社会的建设,又有利于促进社会总供给与社会总需求的平衡。当前应加强抽样方法中有关敏感性问题的调查技术的学习与培训,研究和借鉴国内外在统计灰色收入与黑色收入方面的研究成果,并结合我国实际寻求测算灰色收入与黑色收入的合适方法。
