普通高校经管类人才“二位一体式”培养模式探讨

随着经济的发展,竞争的加剧,传统的以就业教育为目的的人才培养模式面临着前所未有的挑战,经济管理类大学毕业生的就业压力也日趋突出。作为一种新的教育观念,创业教育不但体现了素质教育的内涵,而且突出了教育创新和对学生创业能力的培养。从师资队伍建设、课程体系设置、教学方式方法、实践教学环节、考核评价模式等几个方面探讨了普通高校就业导向和创业导向型相结合的二位一体式经济管理类人才的培养模式。

Discusses on "Two-in-One" Education Mode for Economics and Management Talents in High Education

Along with the development of economy and the aggravation of competition,the traditional education mode,which takes the employment as ultimate target,is facing the unprecedented challenge.The graduates for economics and management are becoming more difficult to get employed.As a new education idea,the entrepreneurship education embodies the connotation of quality education and emphasizes the education innovation on the cultivation of student innovative ability.This study discusses the ＂Two-in-One＂ education mode for economics and management talent training from the aspects of faculty construction,the curriculum system establishment,the teaching methods,practice activities,and examination or evaluation,which combines the employment-oriented education with innovation-oriented education.
