| Abstract: | This article thinks that the construction of innovation culture is important for raising capability of enterprises’ independent innovation and its innovation entities is all of enterprises’ staff. Only by streng-thening construction of taking people as the center of innovation culture, can realize innovative country strategy in our contry. |
