宏观经济学的新突破——评罗运贵的《新宏观经济学》

罗运贵在其新作《新宏观经济学》一书中指出，传统“宏观经济学”和“微观经济学”中80％以上的理论观点是错误的，并从微观经济学、货币金融学、财政学和宏观经济学等方面提出了自己的新观点。他认为，可以通过无偿发行货币搞建设以推动经济的发展。这不但是对传统宏观经济学体系的突破，而且对解决各国特别是发展中国家经济建设的财政资金问题和促进宏观经济的良性循环具有重要的参考价值和借鉴意义。

A New Breakthrough in the Traditional Macroeconomic——Comments on Luo Yungui's "New Macroeconomics"
