| 摘 要： | 和谐社会的构建需要以高质量的市场经济为基础，而高质量的社会主义市场经济的发展也需要和谐的社会环境作保证。当前我国社会所出现的某些不和谐现象并非市场经济所导致，恰恰相反，这些不和谐主要是因为市场经济制度尚未健全。因此，构建和谐社会，需要进一步健全和完善市场经济体制，提高市场经济的质量。

| Abstract: | A harmonious society needs to be constructed on the basis of the quality market econ omy. The development of a quality market economy is ensured by a harmonious society. It is the de fected market economy system instead of the market economy itself that has caused some unharmo nious phenomena in our society. Therefore, it is necessary to polish our market economy system and enhance the quality of the market economy. |
