| 摘 要： | 平衡记分卡作为新兴的效绩评价系统和战略管理工具，在许多企业得到了推广。文章在结合平衡记分卡实施的关键性的支持因素——变革管理、项目管理、信息系统的开发、质量保证系统和风险管理的基础上，构建一个具有普遍推广性的平衡记分卡的实施方法模型。

| Abstract: | The balance scorecard,a new performance evaluation system and strategy management tool,is widely carried out in many enterprises.This paper develops a integrated model for balanced scorecard implementation,which embodies the activities related to project management,change management,risk management,quality assurance and information technology areas that contribute considerably to BSC implementation success. |
