企业创新能力度量及提升对策

中国经济正处于转型时期，创新能力薄弱是大部分企业面临的现状，企业亟需提升创新能力。以海尔集团为对象，通过设计两份不同的调查问卷，从中高层管理者视角对海尔创新能力进行纵向度量，同时结合前期对其它企业的调研结果进行横向比较，并从普通员工视角度量海尔创新能力现状。结果表明，海尔创新能力在不断提升，且高出同行业竞争企业，针对创新能力不足之处，给出企业创新能力提升对策。

Measurement of Enterprise's Innovation Ability and Promotion Countermeasures

China's economy is in a period of transition, and the weak innovation ability is the present situation of most enterprises, and the enterprises need to improve their innovation ability. This survey uses Haier Group as the object, and designs two different questionnaires to measure Haier's innovation ability from the perspective of middle and senior managers. At the same time, it compares the research results of other enterprises in the previous period and measures the current innovation ability of Haier from the perspective of ordinary employees. The results of the study show that Haier's ability to innovate is continuously improving, and it is higher than that of competitive companies in the same industry. In response to the inadequacy of innovation capability, the Countermeasures for improving the innovation ability of enterprises are given.
