制度环境、技术创新与传统产业升级

基于2008-2015年中国省际面板数据，构建门槛效应模型，将制度环境设为门槛变量，实证分析技术创新对传统产业升级的影响。结果发现，各区域制度环境差别会导致技术创新对传统产业升级表现出明显的门槛效应，即市场化处于较低水平时，技术创新对传统产业升级的作用不显著；伴随着市场化水平的不断提高，技术创新对传统产业升级的促进作用逐渐显现，并且促进强度呈倒U型结构。研究结论为传统产业升级提供了新理论视角，对如何更有效地通过技术创新促进传统产业升级具有重要指导意义。

Institutional Environment,Technological Innovation and Traditional Industrial Upgrading

Taken institutional environment as a threshold variable, the threshold model was constructed based on Chinese panel data from the year of 2008 to 2015 to analyze the relations-hip between technological innovation and traditional industrial upgrading. The empirical results show the difference of institutional environment in different regions leads to the obvious threshold effect of technological innovation on the upgrading of traditional industries. When the level of marketization is relatively low, the effect of technological innovation on the upgrading of traditional industries is not significant. With the increase of the marketization, the role of technological innovation in promoting the upgrading of traditional industries has gradually emerged, and the strength of promotion is an inverted U-shaped structure. The research results provide a new theoretical perspective for the upgrading of traditional industries, it is also significant on how to promote the upgrading of traditional industries more effectively through technological innovation.
