铁矿石国际定价的最后通牒博弈分析

摘    要:通过对铁矿石国际价格谈判的观察发现,铁矿石价格谈判是一个最后通牒博弈。争取铁矿石国际定价,在价格谈判之中不仅讲究谋略,在谈判之前也要做充分的准备,同时,在谈判之外还要采取措施。信息、策略、态度、联合、分化、资源替代、战略储备以及结构调整都是影响铁矿石价格谈判的重要因素。

Abstract:The examination of the negotiation of the international pricing of iron ore shows that such pricing is the gaming of ultimatum.To obtain advantages in international pricing of iron ore,good preparations shall be made before the negotiation and right strategies are needed for the negotiation.Besides some measures shall be taken to consider the factors affecting the negotiation,such as information,strategy,attitude,cooperation,differentiation,resource substitution,strategic reserve,and structural adjustment.
