议汽车零部件的包装系统设计

目前大多数汽车制造企业的汽车零部件的分类大致相同,一般分为总装件、车身件、冲压件、发动机部件等,但不同的汽车零部件对包装要求略有不同。文章结合笔者工作实际,通过对物料包装和物流器具的标准化和系列化设计,在保证物流安全、质量、成本、人机工程及效率的前提下,重点介绍包装系统的设计,以满足精益生产的需求。

Discussion on Auto Parts Packaging System Design

For most automotive manufacturers,the classification of automotive parts is roughly the same,generally divided into the assembly parts,body parts,stamping parts,engine parts.However,different automotive parts for the packaging requirements are slightly different.Because the author works in SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as SGMW) and is engaged in logistics planning and packaging,by standardization and serialization design of the materials packaging and logistics equipment,under the premise of the safety of logistics,quality,cost,ergonomics and efficiency,this paper focuses on the packaging system designed to meet the needs of lean production.
