| 摘 要： | 近年来国际服务外包产业发展迅速并出现离岸趋势,这是中国实现从"中国制造"到"中国服务"转变的历史机遇。分析全球离岸服务外包的发展趋势,研究中国承接离岸服务外包的必要性及中国承接离岸服务外包的有利条件,并从政府、行业协会和企业三个层面提出了相应的策略。

| Abstract: | In recent years,international service outsourcing has made a great progress and show an offshore trend,which is China's historical opportunity to realize the change from "made in China" to "China's service".This paper analyzes the developing trend of the service offshore outsourcing in the world,describes the necessity and advantages for China to undertake it.The development strategy is proposed from three dimensions,that is,governments,industry associations and enterprises. |
