| 摘 要： | 笔者于2009年3月参加了广东省高职院校管理人员赴新加坡南洋理工学院培训班，有幸与该学院的教学工厂广泛接触。以此为基础，分析了新加坡南洋理工学院教学工厂的育人功能、文化属性及其对广东省职业教育的启示，旨在探讨广东省职业教育人才培养模式与机制上的进一步改革与创新。

| Abstract: | The author participated in Guangdong provincial higher vocational college management personnel training class, which was held in Singapore Nanyang Polytechnic, and it＇s my pleasure to have extensive access to the Polyteehnic＇s Teaching Factory. Based on this, this paper analyses the cultivating functions and cultural attributes of Singapore Nanyang Polytechnic＇s Teaching Factory, as well as its enlightenment on Guangdong＇s vocational education. The paper is aimed to explore the further reform and innovation of Guangdong vocational education＇s talent cultivation mode and mechanism. |
