| 摘 要： | 建立全国湿地资源监测体系是中国湿地保护和合理利用的迫切需要,也是“十一五”期间湿地资源保护和管理工作中面临的重要任务。文章分析了全国湿地资源监测体系总体框架、结构、功能以及各部分的关系,并对体系各部分所需采用的监测方法、监测内容以及体系保障措施等问题进行了进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | The construction of wetland monitoring system in China is ugent for wetlands conservation and wise use, and is a important task that will be faced by our government in the recent coming years. The general framework and its' constitution, function and the relationship among every part are firstly analysed and illustrated in the paper. The monitoring ways, contents and mionitoring management agencies system are further studied in the following. |
