在新疆伊犁霍尔果斯设立中哈边境自由贸易区的构想

新疆是我国惟一与哈萨克斯坦接壤的地区,新疆对哈贸易占中哈双边贸易的80%以上,哈萨克斯坦是新疆第一大边贸伙伴,占全疆边境贸易的85%以上。利用地缘优势发展哈萨克斯坦与中国新疆的地区性合作关系是双方共同的利益。在中哈边界地区建立边境自由贸易区,能够保证两国接壤地区的长治久安、共同发展和繁荣。

A Tentative Plan on Establishing Frontier Free-trade Areas in Huoerguosi Port of Yili in Xinjiang

Xinjiang is the only region of China that borders Kazakhstan.The trade between Xinjiang and Kazakhstan is 80% as large as the bilateral trade between China and Kazakhstan.As the largest frontier trade partner of Xinjiang,Kazakhstan' s trade is 85% as large as the frontier trade of Xinjiang.It is of mutual benefit to develop the regional cooperative relationship between Xinjiang and Kazakhstan by taking advantage of the geographical features.Establishing freetrade areas on the border of China and Kazakhstan can ensure the long period of order and stability,co-prosperity and development of the two countries.
