企业多元化与专业化战略选择的思考——基于企业资源能力理论的分析

任何一个企业在发展过程中都面临多元化战略和专业化战略的选择。本文从企业资源能力理论出发，在承认企业战略应该建立在该企业资源和能力基础上这一命题的前提下，重点探讨各种资源和能力与企业战略选择之间的关系，从而提出企业如何根据自身的资源和能力进行战略选择；同时给企业在发展的不同阶段实施何种战略提出建议。

The Choice Between Specialized Strategy and Diversified Strategy in Enterprise-Based on the Theory of Enterprise Resource and Ability

Every enterprise is confronted with the choice between diversified strategy and specialized strategy in the developing process. Based on the theory of enterprise resource and ability, this paper admits that the strategy of enterprise ought to be based on its resource and ability, and concentrate on discusses the relationship between the various resource and the enterprise strategy choice; and then proposes that enterprise how to choose its strategies based on its resource and ability. At the same time, some proposals to enterprise what strategy to put into practice in different developing stage are put forward.
