| 摘 要： | 在定义土地利用社会功能概念及内涵的基础上，通过分析土地利用功能变化驱动力，选取相应指标建立土地利用社会功能评价指标体系，并收集了中方县2003-2010年相关土地资料及经济数据，对中方县八年间土地利用的社会功能进行综合评价，分析中方县土地利用社会功能发展趋势。研究结果表明，中方县土地利用社会功能评价综合得分在八年间呈现逐步平稳上升的趋势，县域土地利用社会功能正在不断提高。

| Abstract: | The reaserch is beasd on the social function in land-use and gathered zhongfang county＇s land information and economic datas. The thesis is directed to evaluate comprehensively in zhongfang county＇ s social function in land-use in the past 8 years, and analyse these factors affacts the changes.The result indicates the score of social function in land-use of Zhongfang county showed an steadily upward tendency in past 8 years, and the social function in land-use has been improved. |
