| 摘 要： | 根据房地产金融生态环境的概念和特点建立房地产金融生态环境评价模型,结合层次分析法确定各影响要素的权重,用模糊综合评价方法评判房地产金融生态环境的质量状况。该评价方法能够较好地反映房地产金融生态环境的好坏,可以为优化房地产金融生态环境提供决策依据,评价结果简单直观。

| Abstract: | An evaluation model of real estate financial ecological environment is established on analytic hierarchy process. Combining analytic hierarchy process to evaluate qualitative factor,fuzzy synthetic evaluation method is used to evaluate environmental quality,in which experience of experts can be used sufficiently.
