摘    要:全民教育思想扎根于现代化大工业生产方式之中,随着现代社会的发展而日益显现其重要的价值,20世纪90年代人类社会和教育发展中所遭遇到各种严峻问题致使全民教育成为世界教育发展的重要主题之一。实施全民教育是现代经济持续发展的有力保证,对解决贫困、环境破坏等问题发挥着重大作用,同时也就构成了推进人类文明水平的动力。要使这一现代教育思想真正得到实施,就必须打破自我封闭的传统教育模式,建立起讲究实效的现代实用型教育体系。

On the Concept of Modern Education for All

Abstract:Thoughts of education for all lays a solid foundation in the large-scale modern industrial production mode and shows important value increasingly in pace with the development of modern soicety. In 1990s,the society of human being and the development of education meeting with various rigorous problems in the course of education for all,becomes one of the important subject of educational development in the world. Carrying out education for all is forceful guarantee to modern economy subtainable development and plays an important role in solving the problems of poor and environmental pollution. Meanwhile,the impulse of pushing civilization level of human being is also constructed. It must break through self-closing traditional educational mode and establish the modern applied educational system with substantial results to ensure the successful implementation of modern education for all.
