| 摘 要： | 我国金融体制改革的最终目标就是要建立一个与社会主义市场经济相适应的自由、开放、安全、高效的金融服务体系.从路径上讲,主要是加快国有银行制度创新和业务创新、资本市场制度创新、金融工具和金融技术创新,以及金融管理体制创新,全面提高金融业的运行效率.
