| 摘 要： | 石家庄市作为新一轮国土资源大调查试点城市之一,利用深圳市凯立德计算机有限公司的土地定级及基准地价动态更新系统(简称“凯立德软件”),完成了市区级别与基准地价更新;论述了凯立德软件在石家庄市区划分土地级别及测算基准地价中的应用,研究了商业用地样点地价与土地定级单元总分值之间的关系;通过建立地价测算模型求得基准地价。

| Abstract: | Shijiazhuang investigation,one of the experimental cities greatly as resources of a new round of territory,have finished upgrading at the rank of urban distrct and commercial standard price utilizing Careland Software.This article has expounded the Careland Software ap-plication on caculating commercial land standard price in the urban district of Shijiazhuang and studied the relations between price of the commercial level units and the total points value commerce.The price of land caculates model sets up and tries to achieve the commercial standard price. |
