摘    要:企业核心竞争力是企业获取持续竞争优势的来源和基础。黑龙江省乳品企业欲在经济全球化大潮中立于不败之地,最有效也是最关键的一点即提升企业的核心竞争力。只有采取强化奶源基地建设、重视食品安全、树立良好的品牌信誉、加快技术创新促进新产品开发步伐、建立学习型组织创新企业文化、加强销售渠道管理建立完善的营销网点布局等一系列措施,才能在竞争中始终保持竞争优势,在日趋激烈的国际市场竞争中有所作为。
