无锡市城市建设用地扩展及其驱动力研究

本文利用无锡市1990～2008年建设用地统计资料,对无锡市建设用地变化特征进行分析,并通过灰关联度模型,对引起建设用地变化的驱动力进行了研究。结果表明,自1990年以来,无锡市建设用地呈高速扩展态势,扩展合理性正逐步提高,建设用地多样性程度提高,用地结构趋于均衡;通过驱动力分析发现,道路长度扩张、人均公共绿地面积和运营车辆数增加是造成建设用地扩展的三个主要驱动因素。

Study on Characteristics and Driving Forces of Construction Land Expansion in Wuxi City
