产业技术进步水平评估研究

产业技术水平是一个国家科技和经济发展水平的集中体现。目前,我国产业技术水平并不高,知识产权积累十分有限,在日趋激烈的国际竞争中处于不利的地位。本文在总结我国产业技术进步现状的基础上,采用了模糊综合评价方法对目前我国产业技术进步情况进行了量化评估,得出了产业技术进步水平较低的结论,并根据我国的实际情况提出改进建议。

Research on.Evaluation of Technology Progress Level in Industry

The technical level of industry is concentrated expression of a country's science and economic development level.At Present,in our country,technology progress level in industry is not high,accumulation of intellectual property rights is very limited,so we are in a relatively disadvantageous position in the increasingly fierce international competition.The paper used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on the current situation of industrial technological progress to the quantitative evaluation on the basis of summarizing the status of our country's technology progress.At the end,the paper drawed the conclusion about the relatively low level of industrial technology progress,and argued some advice according to our country practical.We expect that research in this area can be helped.
