装载机动臂的有限元分析及改进

摘    要:
动臂是装载机工作装置最重要的构件,其强度状况对工作装置的性能和寿命有直接的影响。在装载机的实际工作过程中,铲斗经常受偏载作用,此时工作装置除承受正载外,还承受附加弯矩作用,从而导致铲斗和动臂的变形。在这2种工况下对动臂进行有限元分析,得出动臂的应力集中区域和应力分布云图,提出了改进工作装置结构的措施。

Abstract:
The Boom is the most important component of the loader. The strength conditions exert a direct influence on the life expectancy and the performance oftbe loading equipments. In the practical work of the loader, the bucket has been often partial. At this time the loading device has to bear the additional bending moment in addition to the normal loading, which results in the deformation of the bucket and the boom. The finite element analysis has been done under these two conditions and the stress concentration area and stress distribution area of the boom have been obtained and measures have been put forward to improve the components of the loader correspondingly.
